Founded in April 1999 with ninety-six children, Scholars' Home grew into the best school in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow by holding to a single belief — that every child is blessed with a unique set of talents, waiting to be nurtured.

Our Story

From 96 students to the front rank of Lucknow schools

Scholars’ Home began its academic journey in April 1999, guided by an educational society of professionals and educationists who believed Gomti Nagar deserved a school that took both academics and character to heart. The early years built the foundations — English-medium ICSE education, play-way learning for the youngest, and a gentle conviction that success even in small things is a great tool for building a child’s self-esteem.

Today the school teaches Playgroup to Class XII on a 2-acre campus with 1,09,000 sq ft of built-up space — five science laboratories, a Robotics & AI Lab, a 500-seat auditorium and three playgrounds. The ranking plaques followed: #1 ICSE school in Lucknow for seven consecutive years, and #1 in Uttar Pradesh for holistic development four years running.

What has not changed is the scale of attention. Sections are still capped at 30 students. Teachers — 46 of our 51 are postgraduates — still know every child by name. And the school still measures itself the way it did in 1999: not by how many students it enrols, but by what each one becomes. That is what “The Complete School” has meant in Gomti Nagar for twenty-seven years.

As a part of the scholastic fraternity, I believe that educators are the lamps of wisdom illuminating raw minds to venture into the path of success. We at Scholars' Home work with the vision of creating future generations who may contribute qualitatively towards nation-building. We firmly believe in moulding children into skilled, compassionate and responsible world citizens, embedded with Indian mind, values and culture.

Success even in small things is a great tool for developing self-esteem. With this belief, we encourage children to achieve a task without much assistance, so that they experience the joy of self-accomplishment from an early stage. Since inception, our underlying goal has been to make Scholars' Home a happy school — where teaching is a pleasure, learning is fun and achievement is a passion. We create a positive space where students have freedom of expression and the confidence to question freely.

Education should not be confined within the four walls of the classroom. Our strength lies in our teachers — passionate, committed and trained to reach the most average student with care and patience. Scholars' Home is a respected name in education owing to its academically excellent reputation.
